Overview
I believe coaching is an impactful and effective way of learning, can bring about positive change and support people’s lives as a whole, both professionally and privately. Coaching is also highly skilled, can involve a lot of unlearning as well as learning, can be challenging and feel unnatural at times (especially when learning something new), and we can always learn and develop ourselves in different ways with it.
I am passionate about coaching and I love working with coaches, which is why I have developed myself (and am continuously developing myself) to support my client’s and coaches learning. Specifically relevant to coach education, I am currently a ICF PCC, a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC) for ICF coach mentoring and completed ICF PCC Marker Assessor Training.
My approach to coaching education and development is focused on the individual, meeting a coach where they are and co-creating the learning process with them. I believe in enhancing and focusing coaches to develop their skills, while respecting and appreciating their individual style. I also believe how we are as a coach is relevant to coaching and bringing in and building that self-awareness, authenticity, and often wellbeing, are all an important part of coaching.
As I am an ICF coach my approach incorporates ICF methodologies such as core competencies, markers, and approaches.
I am currently offering:
-
Focused on coaching skill to the ICF core competencies.
-
Group coaching with a group of coaches on a specific topic, over a period of time.
-
Focused on how you are as a coach and explores how you operate as a coach.
-
Focused on a specific area, often a one-off longer focused sessions.
